What if I need to change my order after it has been placed?
Massachusetts plumbing sanitation laws prohibit the return of any item that has been opened or used. Stock items returned unopened and unused within a 30 days will not incur a restocking fee. However, special product orders that are customized to your specified color, shape, or size are harder to return. If a vendor has already filled the order, we can work on your behalf to try and return it. For vendors that do take the item back, please keep in mind that they will always charge a restocking fee of up to 30%. Please also keep in mind that the 30-day window starts when we receive the item, not when you take delivery. Therefore, we ask that you carefully consider your decision regarding custom products before ordering.
